Green Gourmet is a specialist in gluten-free. We use a proprietary combination of gluten-free flours (including almond flour, buckwheat flour, besan flour, tapioca flour, flaxseed meal, rice flour and corn flour) to achieve the elusive GLUTEN FREE SPONGE texture.
We have a number of gluten-free sponges which specifically contain unrefined sugars.

A moist, decadent wheat-free maple-chocolate mud sponge made from gluten free flours (premium Australian almond flour, tapioca, rice, buckwheat, corn, besan, flaxseed), covered with an oh-so-tempting caramel icing, drizzled with melted chocolate ganache and our own gooey caramel sauce. Of course there's the maple/caramel popcorn too!
All our GF sponge cakes are made with a very high proportion of almond flour, not cheaper GF flour substitutes, hence the increased body and lighter texture. This is not a a GF cake held together by chemical stabilisers. We bake from scratch.

Topped with a tangy icing with fresh lime juice, and generous sprinkles of lime zest and toasted coconut flakes.
This cake uses rapadura (unrefined sugar) in the base sponge.
Simply delightful, this cake has been used by many as their wedding or dinner party cake.
