Ingredients: Shiitake mushroom, ginger, sesame oil, sugar, soy sauce (wheat), pepper and salt.

DIY Creative Meal ready in 10 mins:
Reheat in microwave, or stir fry with broccoli.
Blanch some Choy Sum, line on a plate, reheat the mushroom, pour on the green and serve.
Line up mushroom on silken tofu, steam for 10 mins and serve.
Storage: Store frozen at -18 degrees C or less.
Reheat: Microwave from frozen for 5-7 mins, or until piping hot throughout. Microwave from defrosting for 2-3 mins, or until piping hot.
