Mango Mint Carnivale Semi-frozen Mousse Cake (GF)

A refreshing, semi-frozen mousse cake combining the taste of summer sweet mango and refreshing mint.  Made from a cashew cream base set on a gluten free biscuit base, this is a definite crowd pleaser!  Who doesn't like creamy mousse with crunch?

Our semifreddo cakes are best served 15minutes out of the freezer to maintain that refreshing cold texture, similar to that of a very smooth, creamy ice-cream.
