Uses coconut sugar, organic brown rice syrup, organic rapadura and dates sugar, set on top of a crunchy activated buckwheat, walnut and date base. This gluten free, RAW cake is satisfying for the tastebuds and the body. This is a true RAW CAKE containing no gelling agents, no packet candies, no chocolate.
