Monkey Chocky Banana Gluten-free Sponge (GF)

Gluten-free, Egg-free, Dairy-free, Refined-Sugar-Free base (limited use of icing sugar whilst xylitol remains unavailable)

A fresh banana chocolate sponge with a hint of peanut butter, made from gluten free flours (premium Australian almond flour, tapioca, rice, buckwheat, corn, flaxseed), quinoa flakes, natural rapadura and unrefined xylitol sugar(currently unavailable).

Our customers liken this cake to a "banana chocolate tiramisu".

All our GF sponge cakes are made with a large proportion of almond flour, not cheaper GF substitutes, hence the increased body and lighter texture.  We make our cakes from scratch having spent a number of years perfecting our proprietary GF ratios without the use of chemical stabilisers.
