Scrumptious fresh banana chocolate sponge with a twist of peanut butter, made from gluten free flours (premium Australian almond flour, tapioca, rice, buckwheat, corn, flaxseed), quinoa flakes, natural rapadura. The cake is finished with a creamy peanut butter icing.
All our GF sponge cakes are made with a large proportion of almond flour, not cheaper GF substitutes, hence the increased body and lighter texture. We make our cakes from scratch having spent a number of years perfecting our proprietary GF ratios without the use of synthetic additives.
